Four Strategies To Eat Slowly For Weight Loss
Minimizing the amount of calories ingested during a meal may be as easy as eating a little slower based on research published by the University of Rhode Island. Researchers observed that participants ingested sixty seven less calories on average whenever they had around 20 minutes extra to eat there food. Though sixty seven calories may not sound like much, they’ll start to accumulate during the period of three to five meals eaten each day. Continue reading
